Returns
Because each piece at Dear Olive is made to order and often personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items. This includes pet felted portraits, nursery felted pieces, and name banners.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. You can contact us with your order details and a photo of the problem so we can look into it for you.
We want you to love your piece, so don’t hesitate to reach out if something isn’t quite right.
Delivery & Turnaround
All Dear Olive pieces are made to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be created.
Once your order is placed, I’ll be in touch with a more accurate timeframe so you know exactly when to expect it.
For name banners, work will begin once I’ve received your clothing. The turnaround time will start from the day your items arrive with me.
All orders are sent with Evri and are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact Evri as your first point of contact.
